For our first trip for HOGS we went and visited a very architectural Hindu Temple. The carvings inside and
outside the temple where very precise and detailed. It showed how much effort the people that constructed the temple put into the building. We had the opportunity to go in and take part in one of their worship services, where we were able to see how they conducted each other while they were worshiping. We learned various types of facts about their religion, including things such as: Hindu's don't eat meat, men are above women, and that not all people go to heaven.They have different things that you've probably never seen. Their food is weird, they only eat corn, rice, and other various vegetables. Hindus have unique traditions in their culture, that make them very special in many ways. I love the way they are, the way that they go up to the temple and knee down and start devoting to there goddess. It was a really nice trip to go to.
